Signing on behalf of the NHCP was Chairman Emmanuel Franco Calairo and witnessed by Deputy Executive Director for Programs and Project Alvin R. Alcid; and Mayor Laarni Cayetano, on behalf of the Taguig City with City Administrator Atty. Jose Luis G. Montales the witness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In her speech, Taguig City Mayor Laarni Cayetano was deeply honored that their book would now be accessed not only by the people of Taguig but everyone worldwide.
