MOUNTAIN - represents the mountain range of Tancong Vaca, a famous landmark of the municipality. PALAY - the ring of palay grains shows that Libmanan is a major riceproducing municipality of the Bicol region. COCONUT - represents the second major agricultural product of the town. POTTERY - represents the ceramic industry in several barangays with abundant supply of quality and fine clay mineral. MAN PLOWING - represents a farmer engaging in rice farming, the main source of income of the people in lowland areas which are represented by the rice fields in the seal. MAN FISHING - signifies the fishing industry while the blue field represents the coastal towns.
