San Quintin, Abra
San Quintin is a municipality in the province of Abra, located in the southeastern part of the province within the Cordillera Administrative Region of northern Luzon. It lies along the valley of the Abra River, with generally rolling to gently sloping terrain and agricultural lands occupying much of the lowland areas and is surrounded on the north by the municipalities of Bangued and Tayum, on the east by the province of Ilocos Sur, on the south by the municipalities of Pidigan and Villaviciosa, and on the west by the municipalities of Dolores and Lagayan.
