NHCP AND PHA signed MOA

MANILA – As part of their commitment to the 2023 theme, the NHCP and PHA signed a memorandum of agreement for the donation and inclusion of PHA materials and publications in the NHCP’s National Memory Project. PHA Vice President Dr. Wensley Reyes and Chairman Calairo represented the PHA and NHCP respectively while Mr. Jonathan Balsamo, PHA Board Secretary) and Mr. Alvin Alcid (NHCP Deputy Executive Director for Programs and Projects) witnessed the agreement.
